Join us for Spring Time Pasta Night — an immersive, hands-on cooking experience where you'll craft an Italian-inspired menu from scratch. Start the evening rolling out Basil Fettuccini with Pecorino Romano & Garlic Confit, then move into a showstopper: Half Moon Ravioli with Blistered Grape Tomatoes in Brown Butter, Parsley Puree & Preserved Lemons. Cap it off by assembling your own Cannoli and sipping on Iced Espresso for dessert (upon request). This is a BYOB experience — bring your favorite bottle and let the good vibes flow. Each class provides aprons, a BYOB drink station, all ingredients and equipment, water, ice, iced hibiscus tea, and hands-on instruction from our expert chef. Whether you're a seasoned home cook or a first-timer, this night is built for connection, creativity, and seriously good food.
