Cooking Skills & Social maintains a strict no-refund policy on all ticket purchases. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Any cancellations looking for refunds must be done 48 hours in advance, subject to approval.

2. Ticket Transfer Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we provide the following transfer options:

2.1 Transfer Eligibility

• Tickets may be transferred to another class within 60 days of the scheduled event

• Transfers are limited to classes of equal or lesser value

• 48 hour notice must be given to class you cannot attend

• No monetary refunds will be provided for transfers to lower-priced events

• Transfers are not valid until confirmed and re-ticketed by Cooking Skills & Social

2.2 Transfer Process

• Transfer requests must be submitted via email to info@cookingskillsandsocial.com

• Requests must include:​

  • ​Proof of Ticket Purchase

  • Customer name

  • Original event date

  • Requested new event date

• Transfers are subject to availability

• You will receive confirmation once your transfer is processed

3. Cancellations by Cooking Skills & Social

In the event that we cancel a class:

• You will be offered a transfer to another available class

• The 60-day transfer window will be extended if necessary

• If no suitable alternative is available, we may, at our discretion, issue a credit for future use

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Medical Emergencies

• In cases of documented medical emergencies, we may, at our discretion:

  • Extend the transfer window beyond 60 days

  • Issue a credit for future use

• Documentation from a medical professional may be required

4.2 Extreme Weather

• If severe weather conditions prevent safe travel to our location:

  • The class may be rescheduled

  • Transfer options will be provided

  • The transfer window may be extended

5. Gift Certificates and Promotional Tickets

• Gift certificates and promotional tickets follow the same no-refund policy

• Special promotional offers or discounted tickets may have additional restrictions

• Gift certificates must be used by their expiration date

6. Corporate and Private Events

• Custom cancellation and refund terms may apply to corporate and private events

• These terms will be specified in the event contract

• Standard transfer policies do not apply to private events
