Summer At CSS: June Series - Week 3! This class is a hands-on dough class built for kids and young teens. Young chefs will hand-roll fresh pasta, stretch their own mini pizza doughs, and assemble homemade cannoli — taking home the dough skills that anchor Italian cooking.
