In this hands-on session, we'll dive straight into enjoying three bold sushi variations that balance raw fish with different types of heat. We'll make a Spicy Tuna Roll with Japanese chili that intensifies without overwhelming, a Salmon Roll paired with sweet mango and warming Aleppo pepper, and a savory Crispy Super White Tuna Roll finished with chilies and sesame chili oil.
