About
Bring the flavors of Hawaii to the kitchen in this fresh and colorful hands-on cooking class. Guests will prepare an authentic shoyu ahi poke bowl with cubed tuna, mango, scallions, sesame oil, ginger-teriyaki, and sushi rice. We will also roll a Hawaiian Sunset maki filled with spicy tuna and cucumber, topped with avocado and spicy mayo. To finish, we will create coconut-mango haupia, a smooth Hawaiian coconut milk pudding layered with fresh mango purée.
No experience needed—just bring your appetite and enjoy a taste of the islands.
