Join us for a bright and flavorful spring brunch cooking class where savory favorites and sweet treats come together. In this hands-on experience, our chef will guide you through preparing a classic French Quiche Lorraine with uncured bacon, caramelized onions, and leeks, alongside a fresh mozzarella salad, and to finish, we will create a strawberry tiramisu-inspired dessert layered with fresh strawberries and whipped mascarpone cream!
We will have fresh juices and ripe melons available for your own Bellinis! This relaxed brunch class is the perfect way to cook, learn, and enjoy a fun morning in the kitchen!
