Our chef will guide you step-by-step through each technique, giving you the confidence to recreate both versions of the dish at home. Its a relaxed, interactive experience designed for anyone who loves hearty food and good company.

  • Shredded bbq Brisket tossed with crispy brussels sprouts salad

  • Braised short rib finished with Guiness syrup and spice to be eaten hot on toasted brioche buns.

  • Bring the beer to enjoy a menu that compliments beer best and learn steps to transform into something to get your meat saucy!
