Switch your weekend up with a relaxing cooking class...You and your partner will work side by side creating three Italian classics: a creamy, comforting risotto with seared fresh Scallops from Maine, and fresh dough pasta with the intoxicating smells of a fresh Basil puree', and a silky amaretto mousse that's sure to end the night on a sweet note. Between cooking stages, you'll have time to enjoy each other's company, sip a glass of wine, and savor the simple pleasure of creating a meal side by side. No previous cooking experience required—this evening is about connection, creativity, and of course, delicious Italian food.
