We're going all in on yellowfin tuna — three ways, three flavors, zero repeats. First up, we're searing things off with a Spicy Yellowfin topped with a Japanese Spicy Mayo that brings just the right amount of heat! & Then we cool it down with a fresh Tuna & Avocado dressed in lime — clean, bright, and dangerously good. & To finish, the showstopper: Tuna Inside-Tuna Outside.. it's all red.. and dressed to match. You'll have to come to class to find out what that means!
