We just got our hands on the first Scottish salmon of spring harvest and can't wait to roll with you! This rich, smooth fish is perfect for creating all kinds of delicious combinations. Join us for a fun session where we'll make avocado and salmon rolls, spicy salmon with fresh hot chilies that pack a punch, our take on the "California" salmon roll, and finish with something different - a pineapple, Japanese pepper and salmon creation. No experience needed - just bring your appetite and sense of adventure!
