About
Join us for a bright, unhurried Sunday of French home cooking. We'll start with macarons — France's most famous (and famously finicky) little cookie — learning to pipe, bake, and fill them just right. Next comes a lemon curd tart finished with toasted meringue, all tang and golden softness. We'll round things out with a fresh tuna Niçoise, the Riviera's take on a perfect light lunch. You'll leave with three new skills, a full plate, and the confidence to make it all again at home.
What we are making:
Make our macaron...bake, fill, & enjoy with Vanilla pot au creme for dipping.
Lemon Curd Tart & Meringue En Croute ( lightly toasted merengue on top )
Traditional Tuna Niçoise Salad with freshly olive oil and herb poached tuna, spring green beans, fresh lemon juice and herb dressing With some poached tuna to take home!
