Roll into Presidents Cup weekend with a hands-on sushi-making challenge right here in Itasca!
You’ll start by making three signature sushi rolls from scratch while learning proper rolling techniques, knife skills, and flavor pairings from our chef. Once you’ve practiced your skills, it’s time to take on the Cooking Skills Challenge Roll!
Bring your creativity, your appetite, and your favorite drink as you compete to create the winning roll. The winner will receive two tickets to a future Cooking Skills & Social culinary event!
No previous sushi-making experience is required. Our chef will guide you through every step!
