Pasta with Friends: Ravioli, Fettuccine, and Gnocchi

We'll be diving hands-first into three classic Italian favorites: pillowy ricotta and Parmesan ravioli dancing in sage brown butter, silky fettuccine tossed with vibrant fennel and parsley puree, and cloud-like ricotta gnocchi swimming in bright tomato basil sauce.
