Roll up your sleeves for a hands-on evening of Italian comfort food. We'll get messy with dough, let short ribs do their thing in the oven, and stuff some cannoli shells. No pressure, just good food and maybe a glass of wine.

Fresh Pasta - Hand-rolled dough from fresh pasta
Braised Short Ribs - Low and slow until they're fall-apart tender
Hand-filled Cannoli - Crispy shells filled with sweet ricotta cream
