Italian Romance: Date Night in the Kitchen

Escape the ordinary with an evening of Italian cooking designed for two. In our relaxed date night cooking class, you and your partner will work side by side creating three Italian classics: a creamy, comforting risotto stirred to perfection; hand-shaped orecchiette pasta, those charming "little ears" from Southern Italy; and a silky amaretto mousse that's sure to end the night on a sweet note. Between cooking stages, you'll have time to enjoy each other's company, sip a glass of wine, and savor the simple pleasure of creating a meal side by side. No previous cooking experience required—this evening is about connection, creativity, and of course, delicious Italian food.
