About
This is the kind of evening that reminds you why cooking from scratch just hits different. We open with a Caesar salad built entirely by hand — a rich, deeply savory dressing made from garlic confit, anchovy, egg yolk and cracked black pepper, draped over crisp whole romaine leaves and finished with freshly shaved parmesan. No shortcuts, no bottled dressing — just the real thing. From there we move to the star of the night — a beautifully roasted hanger steak slowly finished in a rich tomato and olive soffritto until it is tender, deeply flavored and absolutely stunning served over fresh hand-made pasta dough. We close the evening with a Sicilian-inspired lemon meringue — a freshly baked crust brushed with Meyer lemon syrup, filled with a silky set lemon custard and finished with a cloud of lightly torched meringue that is as showstopping as it is delicious.
