In this hands-on sushi class, you'll craft four rolls using four fresh fish — Salmon with Avocado, Pickled Red Onion & Papaya, Super White Tuna with Cucumber, Roasted Red Pepper & Chili Oil, Shrimp Tempura & Snow Crab, and Ahi Tuna with Avocado & Pico De Gallo. Whether you're a sushi obsessive or a first-time roller, our expert chef will guide you through every cut, roll, and plate. All ingredients, equipment, aprons, glassware, and hands-on instruction are included — just bring your drinks and show up ready to eat well.
