Celebrate summer with a relaxed, hands-on evening inspired by the flavors of Italy. Guests will begin with bruschetta topped with fresh mozzarella, basil, garlic confit, and reduced balsamic before preparing fresh tagliatelle served with a rich short rib Bolognese and Pecorino Romano. To finish, we will create a creamy strawberry and amaretto panna cotta. This menu is fresh, comforting, and perfect for a memorable Friday night in the kitchen.
