We'll explore two dreamy takes on Gnocchi- pillowy ricotta gnocchi tossed in a fresh San Marzano tomato and basil sauce, and carbonara-style. To sweeten the evening, you'll wrap things up with Sicily's favorite treat, crafting golden cannoli filled with whipped Mascarpone cream. A perfect midweek escape filled with comfort, flavor, and a little Italian indulgence.
