In this hands-on class, you'll kick things off with an Avocado, Shrimp & Tomato Salad with Fresh Lime & Herbs, then move into Poached Eggs with Fresh Green Salsa & Braised Pork on Seasoned Potatoes with Blistered Tomatoes — and close it all out with a warm, rich Dark Coco Chocolate Cake. It's a full fiesta on a plate, made completely from scratch by you. All ingredients, equipment, aprons, glassware, and hands-on instruction from our expert chef are included.
