Come hungry and ready to cook! We’ll kick things off with seared scallops fresh from Maine, brightened with white wine and fresh herbs. Then it’s on to pan-roasted Black Angus hanging tender, topped with a rich porcini and port wine sauce, served over creamy oven-dried tomato risotto. We’ll wrap up on a sweet note with brandied berries and fluffy whipped cream.
