About the event
Join us for a fun evening out- Iron Chef Style, all while raising funds for the Roselle Arts & Culture Foundation, specifically for a relief sculpture of Roselle's First Responders!
Teams of 4-5 each will battle to create the best plated and tasting meal after being given full instructions by our Private Chef. The cuisine style is Italian, and after the winning team is crowned (and receives bragging rights) a full buffet style meal is served for the group to enjoy.

Appetizer: Assorted homemade flatbreads
Main Course: Italian style wine white poached Chicken Pesto,
Vegetable: Garlic Confit Broccoli
Side: Rosemary Cream Gnocchi
