Grandma always knew how to do it right. In this hands-on brunch class, you'll Roll & Bake Fresh Croissants stuffed with Brie Cheese and topped with a Poached Egg, then finish with an Individual Chocolate "Lava" Cake dressed with Bourbon Drenched Strawberries. Sweet, indulgent, and made completely from scratch — just the way she would've wanted it. We'll have Orange Juice on deck for a BYOB Mimosa Bar, so bring your bubbles and come hungry. All ingredients, equipment, aprons, glassware, and hands-on instruction from our expert chef are included.
