Spice up your night with a hands-on adventure through Thailand’s bold flavors. We’ll simmer a silky red curry with shrimp and blistered peppers, and try our hand at PAD THAI tossed with fresh basil, herbs, and coconut-poached chicken and shrimp! We will char pineapple to make the sweet sweeter and layer in a creamy coconut-pineapple rice pudding. Fun, flavorful, and a little exotic—no passports required!
What we are making:
Gulf Shrimp in Mild Red Curry with Lemongrass & Coconut Milk – blistered peppers and Gulf shrimp
Pad Thai with Shrimp and Chicken Breast- Thai basil, coconut milk, and the heat to make it come ALIVE!
Coconut & Pineapple Rice Pudding – sweetened coconut milk with charred pineapple and toasted coconut flakes
