Excellent class in Steak preparation that was a practical approach to enrich our Cooking Skills. Chef Miguel made the class interesting, informative and fun. I would highly recommend taking a class or two to improve your cooking repertoire.

I took a class last night with a group from work. We had a great time!! Everything was super organized. Chef Paul was knowledgeable and personable. I had never made homemade noodles before and it turned out to be really easy. So good!!!!

My sister and I took the Steaks and Chops class last night. Miguel was an awesome chef/instructor and gave us many tips. It was easy to follow his instructions and our end result was delicious! I recommend thia class to everyone. I hope they offer a pie making class some time soon. If they do, I’ll be there!

We had the best time and learned some great tips at our Chinese Take-Out Night. Large crowd (32 people) so it seemed a little disjointed. Still my daughter and I had a great time cooking together for a "ladies" night out. Will definitely be back.
