Corks & Cookies!

We're bringing in a very special guest for this inaugural class! Cathy, owner of local cottage bakery "Mema's Sweet" of Schaumburg, has been baking and decorating sugar cookies professionally for five years. Her favorite themes are bridal and baby showers, but she loves creating any cookie to make an occasion memorable and that much more sweet!

This class is for the beginner cookier, or for the person who is just curious about what cookie decorating is all about! If you have limited experience with sugar cookies, find yourself frustrated with royal icing, or if you're trying to have fun with family or friends, this is the class for you! We’ll be decorating a set of 6 fall-themed cookies. (See pic for exact images!)

We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in.   Each participant gets 6 cookies, 4 icing colors, sprinkles, and all the tools necessary to create  the most delicious works of art.  Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. Just decorate! (And sip--Christina from Lynfred Winery will be on-site to give some wine tips for the holiday season as well!!)
