About the event
In this new class format, attendees will make & enjoy two food courses, plus a cocktail!
Included in this class are two plates of N.Y. Strip steak based dishes and a craft cocktail to enjoy together.
- Asparagus rolled and seared in steak with sweet and garlicky teriyaki
- Seared Center cut N.Y. Strip steak on Parmesan and Porcini Risotto
- Cocktail: “The Hungarian:” An Old Fashioned with sweet, smokey, and lightly spicy notes!
