About the event

Join us to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with an awesome Irish whiskey-based mixology class!

In this class, our mixologist instructors will be teaching the following drinks, which you'll make and enjoy, along with a food pairing for each:

1) The Sour Bonder: Revel in the sophistication of Irish Whiskey, lively lemon juice, and a velvety foamer. Topped with zesty ginger beer, ginger candy, and a lime wheel, it's a bold, harmonious concoction over ice.

Food pairing: Grilled fennel, radicchio & sweet onion on sweet potato hash. (GF/Vegetarian)

2) Weekend Punch: Indulge in a refreshing blend of Irish Whiskey, harmonizing orange, grapefruit, and pineapple juices, sweetened with simple syrup. Topped with effervescent sparkling wine, garnished with a quarter of an orange, served over ice with a hint of orange zest.

Food pairing: Orange Whiskey Grilled Chicken on preserved lemon and baby kale salad (GF, Vegetarian option: Grilled pineapple instead of chicken)

3) Banshee's Bliss: Surrender to the enchantment of Irish Whiskey, green apple syrup, white grape juice, and fresh lime. Adorned with cotton candy, edible glitter, and an apple slice, this whimsical creation promises a delightful and visually stunning experience.

Food pairing: Sliced brisket and pickled red cabbage in an open-faced sandwich. (Vegetarian option: Crispy BBQ tofu instead of brisket, GF if served without bread)
