About the event
Pasta Carbonara is a Roman pasta dish made with egg yolk, parmesan cheese, Pancetta, and black pepper. The dish took its modern form and name in the middle of the 20th century. Chef Sofia will walk you through this delicious dish, and then serve with the BEST garlic bread & whipped garlic butter. Small dessert included at the end of class.
